Introduction to Flamenco

This class is aimed for students who are brand new to flamenco or students who want to slowly work on basic skills and principles. 

Students will start off by learning the basic techniques, including body posture, hand and arm movements, simple footwork and palmas/hand clapping patterns.

Intermediate / Advanced

This class is for students with a strong flamenco foundation. The student must have solid knowledge of flamenco palos and compas, as well as experience and skill in a wide range of flamenco technique.  Classes include technique and choreography.

Beginners I & II

This class is designed for students with some flamenco training and builds on technique and rhythms learned at the Intro class. Classes include choreography and technique for footwork, use of the body, arms and hands and turns. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience.

Multilevel Technique
(Hybrid format Online & Studio)

This class is designed to sharpen students’ skills as they level up. We work different techniques such as: body, arm and hand movements, turns, footwork, markings and compás. Each student will work at their own level. Previous experience is required.

Intermediate I

This class is designed for students who already have  significant training in Flamenco and are challenged with complex rhythms, techniques and choreography. This class encourages a deep understanding of flamenco and self-expression. At least 2 years of previous experience.  Classes include technique and choreography.

Mantón de Manila

Mantón de Manila Is one of the most iconic elements of female flamenco dance. In this class you will learn the different techniques of the mantón, also a choreography using this beautiful and historical flamenco prop.
